Overview

Supply and delivery of Equipment for Environmental Health to Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) by suitably qualified suppliers with environmental health or health-instrumentation experience. MUT uses a two-stage evaluation (Stage 1: eligibility and mandatory documents; Stage 2: price and BBBEE preference).

Requirements

• Two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 eligibility/mandatory documents; Stage 2 price and BBBEE preference
• MUT Registration as a vendor or CIPC certificate
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status
• BBBEE considerations; BBBEE certificate for preferential points
• RFQ documents completed and signed; non-mandatory: CSD MAAA number and BBBEE certificate
• Pricing to be submitted on a firm pricing schedule; 90-day bid validity (per RFQ)
• Delivery terms and payment: payment terms 30 days in arrears; pricing inclusive of taxes
• No advance payments; submission by the closing date/time per RFQ document
