Overview

Supply and delivery of equipment for UGU SPORTS AND LEISURE. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Compliance Status certificate; foreign bidders must complete pre-award questions
• CIPC registration and copies of directors/owners, plus certified IDs; VAT registration; official bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and supporting documents
• Proof of municipal services payments or affidavits to claim specific goals, and documentation to verify ownership/affiliates as required
• Compliance with GCC and PPPFA; bid evaluated on price and specific goals; no obligation to accept the lowest bid
