Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of Ethanol to the ARC Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute. Bidders should be chemical/equipment suppliers with ability to provide Ethanol in the specified grades and package sizes, be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and be prepared to meet preferential procurement goals (specific HDI/women/PwD/BEE/RDP criteria) as part of the evaluation.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the CSD registration number and full CSD report.
• Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms included in the bid.
• Must claim specific goals to earn up to 20 preference points (80/20 or 90/10 system as applicable) and provide supporting documentation.
• Prices must be quoted in ZAR and inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, taxes, etc.; no price adjustments after submission.
• Submit quotation via email to kutumelab@arc.agric.za; the quotation should be on official letterhead and duly signed.
• Deliver to ARC at 100 Old Soutpan Road, Onderstepoort, Pretoria.
• Include warranty/guarantee details and, for services, documentation of relevant experience.
• ARC reserves the right to accept/reject terms, conduct due diligence, benchmark prices, and apply the National Treasury General Conditions of Contract and ARC SCM code of conduct.
• Specific goals (HDI ownership, Women ownership, PwD ownership, BEE status, RDP goals) contribute to up to 20 points; provide proof as required.
