Supply and Delivery of Event coordination and equipment services for Iziko Arab Priest Exhibition Opening and Iziko site activations across ISAM, Iziko National Gallery and Castle of Good Hope. Suitable bidders are event production, AV and multisite activation providers with demonstrated experience in large-scale cultural events, including labour, transport, installation, operation, dismantling and on-site technical support. Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced event coordination companies to provide comprehensive event production, technical, infrastructure and support services for multiple events in September 2026.
• Compliance: Health & Safety requirements (OSH file, risk assessment, emergency evacuation plan), security and medical provisions, licensing support (liquor permits) where applicable.
• Pre-qualification/documentation: CSD supplier number, valid tax clearance PIN, detailed pricing on company letterhead (incl. VAT), signed RFQ, completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Pricing and governance: Bidder must complete the Pricing Schedule; bids evaluated under 80/20 preference system with specific goals (HDI/B-BBEE evidence) and associated points.
• Deliverables and capabilities: supply, install, test and operate all equipment; provide qualified technicians; dismantle after events; ensure OH&S compliance and close collaboration with Iziko project team. (Pricing Schedule and Annexures in the RFQ)
