Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of female tees to Ugu District Municipality (delivery to Park Rynie Stores). Bidders should be apparel suppliers/distributors with demonstrated ability to supply garments, hold CSD registration, meet tax compliance requirements, and provide the mandatory bid documentation and BBBEE/local-goods evidence.

Requirements

• Compliance with GCC and any special conditions; PPPFA with 80/20 or 90/10 weighting as applicable.
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and/or provision of SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS).
• Submission of official bid forms: MBD1 (Part A/B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 with the bid.
• Certified copies of IDs, CIPC registration, and proof of tax compliance.
• Evidence to claim specific goals (EME/QSE ownership, local enterprise status) via certificates/affidavits.
• Proof of municipal charges or similar as required by the bid documents.
