Overview

Supply and delivery of festive lights and related material for a 2-year period to Swellendam Municipality. Suitable bidders are suppliers with experience in festive/electrical lighting and associated materials, able to meet Swellendam’s SCM requirements, and holding a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) and registration as a supplier; - Compliance with Swellendam Municipality’s SCM policies (80/20 preferential system); - Evidence of at least 1 similar project in the schedule of work experience; - Bid submission on prescribed documents and by sealed envelope; no email/fax submissions; - Quotations valid for 60 days from closing date; - Ability to deliver in line with the contract terms and to be submitted to the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street, Swellendam.
