SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FESTIVE LIGHTS FOR A 2 YEAR PERIOD TO SWELLENDAM MUNICIPALITY

Overview

The tender is for the supply and delivery of festive lights for a 2-year period to Swellendam Municipality. Bidders should be capable suppliers of festive lighting products and related electrical goods, with a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN and demonstrated experience on similar projects.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS)
• Evidence of at least 1 similar project in the schedule of work experience
• Ability to supply and deliver festive lights for a 2-year period
• Submissions must be on prescribed documents, in a sealed envelope, and delivered to the Municipal Quotation Box by 11:00 on 30 October 2026; late or non-sealed/envelope submissions will not be considered
• The bid will be evaluated under an 80/20 preferential system per policy
• Special condition: bidders must list at least 1 similar project in the schedule of work experience

• Use prescribed quotation documents and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN; late quotations, or those sent by email/facsimile, will not be considered
• Quotations remain valid for 60 days from the closing date
