Overview

Supply and delivery of firefighting equipment for King Mswati III International Airport. ESWATINI CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY invites sealed Tenders via an Open Tender to procure firefighting equipment, with local participation and in compliance with ESPPRA/Public Procurement Act.

Requirements

• Legal capacity to enter a contract; not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or winding up; not suspended; no conflicting legal proceedings.
• Up-to-date tax compliance and social security contributions.
• No conflict of interest; not bidding in more than one Tender (except permitted alternatives); appropriate joint-venture liability if applicable.
• Nationality/country eligibility of Tenderer and, if applicable, compliance for candidates in joint ventures.
• Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Evidence of eligibility and conformity to Tender documents; Power of Attorney or Board resolution for signatory.

How to Apply

• Clarifications due by 21 October 2026 (in writing to the Procuring Entity).
• Submission deadline: 28 October 2026 at 12:00 SAST. Tender opening at Matsapha Airport, 12:10 HRS, in the presence of bidders (if attending).
• Submission method: Sealed Tender in separate ORIGINAL and COPY envelopes, inside one outer plain envelope, delivered to the Matsapha Airport Tender Box; mark as ORIGINAL and COPY; do not open before opening time.
• Documents to submit: Tender Submission Sheet and Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration; Power of Attorney; documentary evidence of eligibility; any other documents required by the Tendering Data Sheet; Code of Ethical Conduct.
