SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FLANGES GALVANISED STOCK ITEMS AS PER SIZES OVER 36 MONTHS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

Overview

Supply and delivery of galvanised flange stock items (as per sizes) for 36 months on an as‑and‑when‑required basis. The scope covers a broad range of galvanised flanges and related adapters (see items list in the attached document) and targets suppliers in metal fittings, piping, and civil/municipal procurement. Bidders should be able to meet municipal SCM and compliance requirements (CSD, SARS, BBBEE, SABS, etc.) as outlined in the tender documents (TENDER DOCUMENT - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FLANGES STOCK ITEMS (FLANGES GALV) 8-2-1-649.pdf).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration (provide CSD number) and Tax Clearance or SARS PIN/TCS.
• Tax compliance: provide original Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC 001) or PIN; include for allJV/consortia parties.
• SARS eFiling eligibility or equivalent submission; foreign bidders must complete the pre‑award questionnaire.
• SABS approved certificate for relevant items; proof of bank rating (A/B/C).
• Certified copies of identity documents of directors/owners; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of payment for bid fee; proof of municipal data base registration if applicable.
• Compliance with no awards to state employees or related constraints; complete all MBD forms (MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8).
• Fully completed Tender documents and demonstrable company experience (reference letters).
