Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of foodstuffs to Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO 20/2026/2027), via open tender, with the tender reserved for women. Eligible bidders with appropriate qualifications in foodstuffs supply and related services should bid for one or more lots, per the tendering documents.

Requirements

• Eligibility: must not be debarred; no conflicts of interest; JV allowed with a representative and joint liability; nationality rules apply; tax clearance where required.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Manufacturer’s authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods offered.
• Compliance with Kenyan origin and conformity rules for goods and related services; essential documents proving eligibility and conformity.
• Completion of required forms (Form of Tender, Price Schedules) and submission of all stated documentary evidence (eligibility, qualifications, and other requirements).

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the college website or at the college office; hard copies cost KES 1000 (cash or bank cheque); electronic copies are free (see SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOODSTUFFS).
• Tender documents must be serialized and submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked, with original and copies as required; no electronic submission.
• Deadline: 21 July 2026 (timing per TDS; verify exact time in the Tender Documents; late submissions rejected). Submit to the college tender box; address details in the documents.
• Required registrations/returns: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable), JV Agreement (if applicable), tax compliance evidence, and other documents specified in the Tender Data Sheet (Section II) and Section IV forms.
