Overview

Supply and delivery of four heavy duty pouch laminators A3 and eight heavy duty pouch laminators A4. Suitable for suppliers of office equipment with capability to deliver and service the laminators, and with BBBEE status, valid Tax Clearance, CSD registration, and ability to complete official SBD forms. Delivery location: Joe Nhlanhla Avenue, Rietvlei, Pretoria.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status (and/or printed TCS certificate) and CSD number if no TCS; separate TCS for each JV/consortium party.
• CSD registration: provide CSD number.
• BBBEE: submit BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
• Official bid forms: submit on prescribed official forms; include SBD 4 (Bid Disclosure) and SBD 7 contract form.
• Additional compliance: health and safety file where applicable; certificate of good standing with the Workman’s Compensation Fund where required.
• Compliance disclosures: complete the SBD 6.1 preference form if claiming points; reveal any connections to the state or related parties.
