Overview

Open national tender for the supply and delivery of fresh fruits to Tambach Teachers College, reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Bidders may bid for one or more lots; submissions are by hand delivery to the college (no electronic submissions).

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; include a Declaration not to engage in corruption and a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility: not a public officer or close relative; not debarred; no conflicts of interest; JV allowed with joint and several liability.
• Tangible evidence: Tenderer eligibility, conformity of goods, and manufacturer’s authorization if required; tax clearance for Kenyan bidders.
• Tender security or tender securing declaration (as per the tender data sheet); validity aligned with tender validity.
• Required documents: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent); Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable); other documents per ITT 10 and Section III.
• Origin and local sourcing: origin declarations; certain Kenyan-sourced items and imports pricing rules as per the tender.
• Submission serialization: all pages numbered; all pages signed where amended.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents: purchase for a non-refundable KSH 1000 or download for free from the college website; download users must send their details to tambachttc@yahoo.com (see INVITATION).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Declaration; JV documents if applicable; eligibility and conformity evidence; any required Manufacturer Authorization.
• Submission: one sealed envelope containing ORIGINAL tender documents (and COPIES as required) to the college tender box; mark with tender reference. Electronic submissions not permitted.
