Requirements

• Register on CSD and Ethekwini Supplier Portal; in good standing with SARS.
• Fully completed and signed MBD forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Refrigerated delivery vehicle: signed confirmation on company letterhead.
• Tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN; for foreign bidders complete Part B3; if no TCS but on CSD, provide CSD number; consortia must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party.
• Bid documents to be submitted on official letterhead; sealed/enveloped bids; deposit in Ushaka’s tender box; public opening.
• Delivery terms: fixed prices for 4 months; delivery within 48 hours of PO.
• Stage One admin compliance (CSD report, fully completed MBDs, etc.) and, if applicable, BBBEE documentation for JV/consortia. (see Main Tender Document: dg-384.pdf)
