Overview

Open national tender for the supply and delivery of fresh milk to Moi Teachers College-Baringo. Eligible bidders should be capable dairy suppliers with the ability to supply in Kenya, submitting in two copies (Original and Copy) and complying with standard procurement procedures.

Requirements

• Tender must be delivered in two copies (Original and Copy) to the Chief Principal, Moi Teachers College-Baringo.
• Hard-copy submission only; electronic tenders not permitted (unless TDS says otherwise).
• Obtain tender documents for a non-refundable fee (KES 1,000) or view/download free from moitcbaringo.ac.ke; provide particulars to moittcbaringo@yahoo.com for clarifications/addenda.
• Tender must include a Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security, as specified in the TDS; include duly signed declarations of anti-corruption and independence.
• Tender must be serialized with all pages numbered; include Form of Tender, Price Schedules, JV documents if applicable, manufacturer authorizations if required, tax clearance, and eligibility/conformity evidence.
• Tax clearance certificate required; evidence of eligibility of goods and conformity to Schedule of Requirements.
• Tenders must be valid for the period stated in the TDS; be responsive to all requirements.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: Friday, 10 July 2026, 11:00 AM (FRESH MILK). Deliver to Moi Teachers College-Baringo, Po Box 348-30400 Kabarnet; drop in the tender box outside the administration; tender opening in the staffroom after the deadline.
• Submission method: hard-copy only (no electronic submission) to the addresses above.
• Documents to complete/submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV Agreement or Letter of Intent if applicable; Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required); Tax Clearance; Eligibility and Conformity evidence; any other documents listed in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Registrations: Tax clearance certificate (Kenya); other registrations as specified in the TDS.
• Pre-briefings/clarifications: If a pre-tender conference is planned, details will be in the TDS; queries should be in writing; clarifications may be issued as addenda (see Tender Documents).
