Overview

• Supply and delivery of fruits and vegetables to MWAI KIBAKI REFERRAL HOSPITAL. This National Open Tender is reserved for Youths/Women and Persons Living with Disability and results in a supply contract with delivery per schedule.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; no fraud/corruption; not debarred; no conflicts of interest; JV members liable for contract.
• Goods and tender conformity: origin of goods in eligible countries; conformity to technical specifications; Kenya sourcing rules apply to certain categories; environmental/quality standards acceptable if substitutions are demonstrated to be equivalent.
• Tender documentation: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture Agreement if applicable; Manufacturer's Authorization if required; tax clearance where mandated.
• Additional: ensure capacity for supply and delivery, and provide evidence of qualifications and eligibility for both the Tenderer and any proposed subcontractors.

How to Apply

• Prepare and submit: one original plus required copies in sealed envelopes; mark as per instructions; include Tender Security or Declaration; where applicable, Joint Venture documents.
