Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; not debarred; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tax clearance or equivalent evidence; conforming to national requirements; no conflicts of interest.
• Manufacturer authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods; agent representation if needed.
• Joint ventures: all members liable; JV Agreement or letter of intent to execute one.
• Origin and conformity of goods with specified standards; evidence of eligible goods and sources.
