Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of fuel, oil and lubricants using a fuel card system for Kenya Forest Service (KFS) vehicles nationwide under a three-year framework contract. Suitable bidders include fuel suppliers, lubricants distributors, and providers of fuel-card/fleet-management systems capable of nationwide service in Kenya, with the ability to supply and manage the card system and related services for government vehicles.

Requirements

• Eligibility to tender under PPRA rules; not debarred; comply with anti-corruption declarations.
• Tax clearance from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) or as required by the Tender Data Sheet.
• Evidence of qualifications to perform the contract (including any required Manufacturer’s Authorization if applicable).
• Ability to participate as a sole bidder or as a Joint Venture (JV); JV members jointly and severally liable; JV exemptions may be pursued as specified.
• Tender Security of Kshs 500,000, valid for 154 days (or as specified in the TDS).
• Conformity with the Goods and Related Services requirements; origin and conformity documentation as per ITT.
• Avoidance of conflicts of interest and adherence to procurement rules.
