Overview

Supply and delivery of office furniture for the Public Administration & Economics Department at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT). Open to suitably qualified furniture suppliers with relevant experience; BBBEE 80/20 applies and bids are evaluated on price and B-BBEE status.

Requirements

• Stage 1 mandatory documents: RFQ documents completed and signed; MUT vendor registration number or CIPC certificate; valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; at least one reference letter.
• Non-mandatory (Stage 1): CSD MAAA number; BBBEE certificate for preferential points.
• Evaluation: two-stage process (Stage 1 eligibility; Stage 2 price and preference; 80/20 for up to R50m).
• Other: firm prices; 90-day validity; prices inclusive of taxes; no delivery/testing outside the scope; no advance payments.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration or prior evidence; SARS TCS; BBBEE documentation.
