Overview

Supply and delivery of classroom furniture to St. Paul Kanyakwar Primary School. Open to qualified furniture suppliers/manufacturers under restricted tendering. Eligible bidders include those who can provide Manufacturer’s Authorization (if not manufacturer), after-sales service, and meet Kenya tax and supplier requirements. Goods must be delivered to Kisumu Central NG-CDF, Kisumu.

Requirements

• Eligibility: not debarred by PPRA; no public officers’ conflicts; no disqualifying relationships; JV not allowed for this tender.
• Qualifications: Manufacturer’s Authorization (if not manufacturing the goods); local representation/after‑sales capability; tax compliance.
• Technical/compliance: furnish evidence of conformity to Schedule of Requirements; provide spare parts and maintenance information.
• Financial: tender security of KSh 40,000; price schedules and fixed prices; origin declarations where required.
