Overview

RFQ to supply and deliver G5 material for regraveling of the Msengeni Alternative Route by Sundays River Valley Municipality. Suitable bidders are civil-works suppliers with G5 gravel supply, transport capacity (16 x 10 m³ trucks) and roadworks equipment (tipper, roller, water truck). Requirements

• Valid tax clearance or SARS PIN; if foreign, pre-award questionnaire applies; CSD if no TCS.
• B-BBEE: original/certified certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
• Proof of CSA/ID for directors; company registration documents; lease or rates clearance not older than 3 months.
• Completed MBD forms: 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8, 9.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration full report.
• Compliance with local-content declarations where applicable; annexed SATS 1286:2011 process.
• Not in the service of the state; declarations on SCM practices (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9) required.
