SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GALVANISED AND PVC VALVES AS PER SIZES OVER 36 MONTHS

Overview

Supply and delivery of galvanised & PVC valves stock items across sizes for a 36-month period. Suppliers with valve, piping or civil infrastructure capabilities should bid, and must meet SA public procurement requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, BBEE, SABS approval).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and provide CSD number.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; original Tax Clearance Certificate; where applicable, separate certificates for joint ventures/consortia.
• BBEE documentation: certified BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• SABS approval certificate; proof of bank rating (A/B/C); reference letters or orders as proof of experience.
• Complete all Municipal Bid Documents (MBDs) and the Pricing Schedule; no incomplete submissions.
• Foreign bidders must complete the Part B3 pre-award questionnaire; ensure tax status is clear.
• No awards to State employees; declarations of interest and past SCM conduct to be submitted (MBD4, MBD8).
• Bid validity: 90 days from closing date; firm prices for all items.
• Submission in sealed envelope; bid box delivery; and adherence to GCC and PPPFA rules.
