Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of garden tools and equipment for Amajuba District Municipality (RFQ Q2026/10). Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD/PIN/TCS documentation.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; submit tax details as required (including for joint ventures or foreign bidders).
• Returnable documents: certified IDs of all directors, bank details with supporting bank documents, company registration, CSD copy, municipal rates/tenancy proof, SARS PIN, signed Municipal Bid Documents, and JV CKs if applicable.
• Complete and submit Municipal Bid Documents (MBDs) including MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and the MBD7 contract form if awarded.
• Specific goals (HDI, promotion of district enterprise) carry up to 20 points; ensure documentation to support claims.

• Submit a sealed quotation to the tender box at the Reception of the Amajuba District Municipality, B9356 Amajuba Road, Section 1 Madadeni, by Friday 23 October 2026 at 12:00 (noon) (see attached document for submission details).
