Requirements

• 80/20 preferential points (price vs specific goals) and proof for specific goals (Black ownership, Women ownership, and disability ownership each 20 points).
• Complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; submit with quotation.
• Provide SANAS/CIPC BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC ownership certificate; CSD/MAAA number; medical certificate if claiming disability points.
• Tax compliance and SARS/CSD status pin required.
• Prices must be firm unless stated otherwise; delivery included to the destination; no delivery before official DFFE order.
