Overview

Supply and delivery of general items including 10x weed knapsack sprayers, 10x brush cutter service kits, reservoir floaters, herbicide, and brush cutter line to Driefontein WWTW. Suitable bidders are suppliers of general items/maintenance consumables with capability to provide product datasheets and meet procurement requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/specification; compulsory site briefing (where applicable); attach datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation.
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; not blacklisted by National Treasury.
• Quotes on PDF, on company letterhead; include Joint Venture Agreement if applicable.
• Administrative: Original tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates not in >90 days arrears; MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; proof of CSD supplier registration; MBD 6.1 (preference points); company registration documents with IDs.
• Data sheets and product pictures for each item; delivery to Driefontein WWTW; delivery timing to be specified in the bid.
