Overview

Supply and Delivery of Genuine Landini Parts to ARC – Infruitec-Nietvoorbij, Stellenbosch (Landini tractor parts, including a Master brake cylinder for Landini 75 Rex and LMH Fluid). Bid should be considered by suppliers of agricultural/tractor parts with ability to deliver to ARC, meet regulatory registrations, and provide required warranty/fitness documentation.

Requirements

• Copy of company registration documents (CK certificate).
• Completed specification list with all boxes ticked; indicate deviations if any.
• Valid BEE status and valid Tax PIN.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Delivery of goods to ARC Institute address; warranty/guarantee details clearly stated.
• Written quotation submitted by email as per TOR instructions; price with VAT, delivery, insurance included.
• Price quotations between R2,000 and below R50,000,000 evaluated 80/20; specific goals claimed (HDI ownership, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE level, RDP/SMME).
• Submission to KilaniS@arc.agric.za; adherence to ARC/National Treasury contract terms and competition rules.
