Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of 400 goody bags for a Women’s Day event in Lusikisiki (IHLM/08/2026-27/HUMAN). Bids are invited from suitably qualified service providers with experience in promotional gifts, delivery logistics, and compliance with local-content requirements.

Requirements

• Valid tax compliance (SARS TCS PIN or Tax Clearance) and CSD registration; complete MBD 1-9 declarations; SARS PIN/CSD as applicable.
• Local content compliance: 100% local content where applicable; complete Local Content Annexes C, D & E.
• Specific-goals scoring documentation: evidence for youth-owned (18–35), women-owned, disability-owned, and black ownership (e.g., CSD reports, IDs, medical letter as needed).
• Pricing and delivery: firm prices including all taxes; delivery of 400 goody bags as specified; delivery to Lusikisiki with a 4-day pre-event sample; deliver by 21 August 2026.
• Goody bag contents per spec (see pricing schedule): double waterproof cooler lunch bag (navy, IHLM logo, 4 L, 2-layer zip), lip gloss, mascara, chocolates/sweets/cookies, luxury gilt boutique gift bag.
• Documentation: complete MBD forms, signed declarations, proof of no overdue municipal accounts, and original Tax Clearance where required.
• Compliance with SCM and Anti-Abuse policies; bids must be on the original municipal bid documents.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents from www.ihlm.gov.za (Open Bids/E-Tender Portal) or the attached tender PDF (TENDER DOCUMENT FOR SUPPY & DELIVERY OF GOODY BAGS.pdf).
• Prepare submissions: complete MBD 1-9, MBD 2 (Tax Clearance), MBD 3.1 pricing for 400 goody bags (specs in the pricing schedule), MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6 (Preference Points form) for goals, Local Content declarations (Annex C/D/E).
• Submit by hand in a sealed envelope to 135 Main Street, Flagstaff 4810, no later than 12:00 on 11 August 2026; clearly marked IHLM/08/2026-27/HUMAN.
• Include all mandatory documents (CSD, TCSPIN, Local Content Annexes, etc.). If foreign or JV, provide separate TCS/CSD for each party.
