Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Complete MBD 3.3, 4, 6.1, 8 & 9 and 6.2 local content forms (with annexures)
• Ethics Commitment Form
• Authority to sign Form
• Prices quoted must be firm and inclusive of VAT
• Joint Venture Agreement signed by all parties
• Compliance with Matatiele SCM Policy, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000, and Section 217 of the Constitution
• Evaluation will apply an 80/20 PPPFA-based scoring, with HDI, youth, women, disability, and rural ownership criteria (proof includes ID copies, CSD, and verifiable accounts or affidavits)
