Overview

SAWS seeks the supply and delivery of hand tools for the air quality workshop at Irene Weather Office, Centurion, with 16 line items total (up to R500k). Bidders should have hardware/tool capability to supply, deliver, and meet detailed technical specifications, with appropriate compliance and certification.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or SARS Tax Compliance PIN; if foreign, tax clearance handling as per Annexure A.
• Tax compliance status (SARS) or CSD number provided.
• BBBEE documentation (BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit) and evidence to claim points.
• Completed bid documents: Annexure A, SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Declaration), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
• Compliance with technical specifications for all 16 items (Annexure H); provide written confirmation if specs are not available.
• Willingness for supplier due diligence/site visits and potential SLA/conformance as part of contract.
