Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of hardware materials for Moi Teachers College-Baringo. Open National Tender for one lot; suitable for bidders with hardware supply experience and Kenya-based delivery capability to Kabarnet. Tender must be submitted in one original copy.

Requirements

• Compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Provide Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration.
• Tax compliance: current tax clearance certificate.
• Eligibility and qualifications: Manufacturer Authorization (if not the manufacturer), or agent representation if not locally based; JV arrangements if applicable.
• Conformity with technical specs and origin declarations; list of spare parts and maintenance considerations.
• JV rules and restrictions; ensure no conflicts of interest; maintain statutory disclosures.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 2026-07-10 09:00 (metadata). Note: the attached document lists 11:00 in places (HARDWARE MATERIALS).
• Submission method: hard copy only; deliver to the college procurement office, Kabarnet, in the tender box outside the administration; include an original tender.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Manufacturer Authorization (if required); JV documents (if any); Tax clearance; eligibility and conformity evidence; any other documents per the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Section IV Forms.
