Supply and delivery of hardware supplies to Ugu District Municipality. Open tender for hardware goods, with a listed items schedule and delivery to Park Rynie Stores, Ugu District Municipality. Suitable for hardware wholesalers/retailers/distributors with municipal supply-chain experience, ability to deliver to 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3 Oslo Beach, and to meet PPPFA/SS requirements (CSD, tax compliance, and B-BBEE-related goals).

Requirements

• Submit on official bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); bid must be sealed and endorsed with REQ26971.
• Register and provide: CIPC registration, certified IDs of directors/owners, Central Supplier Database (CSD) listing, SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or TCS; VAT if applicable; MBD forms 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9; proof of EME/QSE for specific goals; proof of municipal service payments; disability proof if applicable.
• Must be compliant with tax and governance checks; not in state service; provide separate TCS for joint ventures/consortiums; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Evaluation uses PPPFA: 80/20 (price vs specific goals) or 90/10 depending on value; specific goals include ownership, local enterprise location, and other goals, with points claimable via documented proof.
• Bids must be valid for 30 days from closing date. Late, faxed, emailed or incomplete submissions are not accepted.
• All bids must comply with GCC and any applicable special conditions; regulation regarding persons in service of state applies.
