Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of HDPE pipe (25–90 mm CL16 Type 5) to Ugu District Municipality, with delivery to Park Rynie Stores. It targets suppliers of HDPE piping and fittings for water/sewerage and civil-infrastructure projects. Requirements

• Official forms: MBD1 (Parts A&B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 and supporting documents (as per REQ26988).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and a current updated report (not older than 3 months).
• CIPC registration; for ownership claims, certified shares or sworn affidavits for EME/QSE; proof to claim specific goals.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate or PIN; if foreign, pre-award questionnaire; include TCS/CSD details for all parties.
• Copies of IDs for directors/owners; proof of municipal service payments; disability proof if applicable.
• Bidder declarations on past SCM practices (MBD8) and independent bid determination (MBD9).
• Delivery terms: delivery date to be stated; delivery to Park Rynie Stores; prices to be submitted in the schedule.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 02 October 2026 at 12:00; bids must be sealed, endorsed with REQ26988, and deposited in the Bid Box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3, Oslo Beach; late or incomplete submissions are not accepted (no fax/email).
• Documents to submit: official bid forms (MBD1 Part A & B, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) plus CSD/TCS, CIPC, ID copies, proof for specific goals, and any other PER requirements per REQ26988 (see Tender Document).

• Registrations: CSD, SARS TCS, and CIPC; and where applicable, proofs to support specific goals (ownership, local enterprise, youth/women/disabled).
• Note: The tender is evaluated on price and Specific Goals under PPPFA rules (80/20 or 80/20 approach as specified), with local and ownership-based goals documented through attached forms and affidavits. Delivery and performance terms are subject to GCC and any applicable special conditions; the vendor must comply with all bid conditions as outlined in REQ26988 and the attached forms.
