Overview

Supply and delivery of hiking gear for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. Bidders should be qualified service providers with relevant experience in promotional/goods supply, local content and B-BBEE considerations.

Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) printout
• 100% Local Content where applicable + Signed Local Content Annexes C, D & E
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue >30 days (with proof)
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC 001); separate TCS/PIN for JV/consortia
• If no TCS but on CSD, provide a CSD number
• Pricing schedule with firm prices (inclusive of all taxes) for the specified items (see pricing schedule in BID DOCUMENT FOR SUPPY & DELIVERY OF HIKING GEAR.pdf)
• Compliance with SCM Policy and Abuse Policy
• Items: 4DESCRIBED GOODS totaling 200 units each (see SPECIFICATION FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF 200 HIKING GEAR)

• Submission method: hand-deliver in a sealed envelope to 135 Main Street, Flagstaff; endorse with IHLM/33/2026-27/ECON
• Documents to submit: official bid response forms (MBD1-9, MBD3.1 pricing, MBD6 Local Content, etc.), original Tax Clearance, TCS PIN, CSD as applicable
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS TCS PIN; Tax Clearance (TCC 001)
