Overview

Supply and delivery of Hotplate stirrers for the Chemistry Department at Mangosuthu University of Technology. The RFQ invites qualified suppliers of laboratory equipment to quote for six hotplate stirrers, meeting technical specs and MUT procurement rules (80/20 BBBEE, tax clearance, warranty).

Requirements

• BBBEE 80/20; 90-day bid validity; firm pricing incl taxes.
• Mandatory documents: RFQ forms signed; MUT vendor or CIPC registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN; brochure/picture; Warranty Confirmation (min 12 months); Manufacturer’s Authorization if not OEM.
• Optional: CSD MAAA number; BBBEE certificate.
• Technical specs: ceramic-top hotplate stirrer; IP42; max 550°C; 600–1000 W; 100–1500 rpm; PT100/PT1000 probe; CE certification; lead time; six units.
• Evaluation: two stages; Stage 1 administrative; Stage 2 price and BBBEE.
