Overview

Supply and Delivery of HV Cable Joint & Termination kits for the Gauteng Cluster on an as and when basis for a period of 5 years. Eskom invites tenders from suppliers of HV electrical equipment to supply and deliver joint and termination kits on a framework basis, with potential multiple awards. Bidders should have experience in electrical equipment supply, meet Eskom’s quality, safety and local-content expectations, and be able to operate on Eskom’s e-tendering platform.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with Eskom’s tender rules; no sanctions or conflicts of interest.
• Complete tender with technical, commercial and financial information; submit mandatory returnables (Annexures A–J, SBD 1, SBD 4, etc.).
• CSD registration and tax clearance requirements; CIDB not applicable for this contract; safety/COIDA and QA documentation as applicable.
• Evidence of financial viability and SHEQ/Environmental requirements; NEC3 Contractual framework to be used.
• If subcontracting is contemplated, JV/documents and sub-contractor details must be provided.
