Overview

Procurement of two Hydrogen Generators with onboard and handheld leak-detection devices, plus Reverse Osmosis and Water De-Ionizer systems and Water Filtration Systems, including FAT, training, and five years’ maintenance kits; delivery to SA Weather Service. Bidders should have expertise in hydrogen generation/hazards, water treatment systems, and related accreditation.

Requirements

• Approved operational premises with necessary infrastructure and accreditation; OEM accreditation verification.
• Compliance and due diligence: reference letter verification and OEM verifications; POPIA compliance.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; original SARS tax clearance where applicable.
• Subcontracting disclosures if any; teaming arrangements or joint ventures require documented agreements.
• SLA to govern supplier performance post-award; supplier performance management and scorecard required.
• Insurance, warranty, and defect remediation as per GCC/SCC; penalties for delays; conformity to specifications.
