Overview

Supply and delivery of hydrological measuring equipment and instruments for the Department of Water and Sanitation at the Boskop Office. Bidder should have proven capability in hydrological instrumentation (data loggers, water-level sensors, radar level sensors, pressure transducers) and related accessories, including installation, commissioning and training, with compliance to SA public-sector procurement rules and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Tax compliant with SARS and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), with a SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD printout.
• Compliance with SBDs: complete SBD 1, 3.1, 3.3, 4 and 6.1; upload as part of the bid (SBD 6.2 for local content if applicable).
• BBBEE documentation demonstrating score (e.g., BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Provide brochures/c brochures and a manufacturer certificate of compliance or distribution letter for all proposed data loggers and sensors (Annexure A: Detailed Specifications).
• Fully comply with Annexure A detailed specifications ( Annexure A) including data logger, sensor and radar requirements; provide 2-day in-person training on assembly/configuration and data download.
• Deliver to the DWS Boskop Office; warranty and post-delivery support as per GCC/SCC.

• Documents to submit: official SBD forms (1, 3.1, 3.3, 4, 6.1), pricing schedule (SBD 3.1), CSD printout, SARS Tax PIN/TCS, BBBEE certificate, company registration (CIPC), and confirmation of CSD/SARS status; where applicable, SBD 6.2 for local content.
• Mandatory product documentation: brochures or certificates for all data loggers and sensors; manufacturer certificate of compliance or distribution letter; Annexure A-compliant specifications.
• Training: 2-day in-person training on assembling, configuring and downloading data; venue per Annexure A (Potchefstroom/Boskop) and software accessibility provided beforehand.
