Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of ICT equipment and accessories (TAMCO17/2026/2027). Open to all eligible bidders; tenderers may bid for one or more lots. Bids are to be submitted in hard copy (no electronic submission) and opened publicly at Tambach Teachers College Boardroom. Complete tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of KSh 1,000 or downloaded from the college website.

Requirements

• Eligible Tenderers: compliant with Kenya Public Procurement rules; no public officers or close relatives eligible; JV allowed with joint liability; tax clearance where required; no debarment.
• Goods eligibility: origin and conformity to tender specifications; some items to be sourced from Kenya as specified.
• Qualifications: manufacturer authorization if not the supplier; local representation/maintenance capacity; evidence of qualifications and eligibility.
• Compliance: no conflicts of interest, no corrupt practices; adherence to required tender forms and security.
• Tender security: either a tender security or tender-securing declaration as per the tender data sheet.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents (filename: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES). Purchase for KSh 1,000 or download for free from www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke; questions to tambachttc@yahoo.com.
• Submit sealed tenders at Tambach Teachers College by 21 July 2026, 11:00 (late tenders rejected). Tender box at college reception; use separate envelopes for ORIGINAL, COPIES, and any ALTERNATIVE TENDERS.
• Include: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required), JV agreement (or letter of intent), eligibility and conformity documents, and any other documents in the TDS.
• Briefings: pre-tender conference, if held, may occur; attendance optional. Minor clarifications may be provided in writing.
• Evaluation: tenders will be evaluated on price and compliance to the Schedule of Requirements, with possible additional factors; Lowest Evaluated Tender wins subject to qualification.
