SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT LAPTOP

Overview

Supply and delivery of an ICT laptop to the National AIDS Commission in Lilongwe, Malawi. Bidders should be ICT hardware suppliers able to meet Malawi government procurement terms (GCC for Local Purchase Orders; PPDA rules). The RFQ includes Annex 1 (Technical Compliance Sheet) with laptop specifications and Sections C & D for pricing and compliance. Delivery within 28 days; warranty 12 months; quotations valid 45 days.

Requirements

• Currency: Malawi Kwacha; delivery 28 days; warranty 12 months; quotation validity 45 days.
• Complete and submit: Section C (Pricing) and Section D (Schedule of Requirements); attach documents: Business Registration Certificate, Trading Licence, Annual Tax Clearance, PPDA Registration Certificate, Manufacturer Authorization, Product Brochures; two recent similar government contracts; PPDA registration; PPDA levy and VAT applied per pricing.
• Compliance: GCC for LPOs; right to inspect/tests; warranty; insurance; standards; beneficial ownership disclosure (Section D).

• Submission deadline: 14:00 on 5 November 2026; late quotations rejected (see RFQ).
• Method: sealed envelopes deposited in the NAC tender box at the NAC offices.
• Documents to submit: completed Section C & D, Section B Submission Sheet, attached documents listed above; required registrations (Business, Tax, PPDA, Manufacturer Authorization); product brochures; two recent government LPOs.
