Overview

Supply and delivery of 11kV incomer panels, feeder panels (switchgears) and bus-coupler for 66/11kV substations under Sol Plaatje Municipality. Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance: provide CSD report and SARS Tax Compliance PIN; valid tax clearance.

• Delivery and pricing: indicate delivery within weeks; price must be firm for the required period or provide compliant escalation options (MBD3.2).

Technical standards and scope include IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-100, IEC 60044/61869, IEC 60255, IEC 60529, environmental suitability, IP ratings, 11kV system, 2000 A busbar, minimum 25 kA for 3 s, vacuum circuit breakers, arc protection, protection relays, metering, documentation, and a minimum 12-month (or 18-month post-delivery) warranty.
