Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of indigenous tree seedlings and fencing around them using chicken wire mesh. Open tender targeting bidders with capabilities in forestry/agriculture supply, planting, and fencing installation; should have relevant equipment, personnel, and project experience to deliver around 5,000 units (as per Schedule of Requirements).

Requirements

• Valid trading license, certificate of registration, and valid tax compliance certificate (previous financial year). AGPO certificate where applicable.
• Evidence of similar works completed in the last 3 years.
• Evidence of adequate equipment and personnel for the works tendered.
• Proof of financial soundness and a valid business permit.
• Copy of current CR12 from the Registrar of Companies; state litigation history of the company.
• Completed/confidential business questionnaire and form of tender; disclosure of interest; independence certificate.
• Compliance with country of origin and technical specifications for goods.
