SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR ECDE CENTERS

Overview

Supply and delivery of ECDE instructional materials for ECDE centers. Kwale County Government invites an open national tender for the supply and delivery of ECDE instructional materials. Open to all qualified Tenderers; SMEs registered with Women Enterprises are encouraged to tender. Electronic submission is accepted via the National Treasury Supplier Portal; bid documents may be downloaded from www.kwalecountygov.com or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke (see TENDER DOCUMENT). Deadline: 2 November 2026 at 10:00 AM (see TENDER DOCUMENT).

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, and, if applicable, Joint Venture agreement; Manufacturer Authorization if required; evidence of eligibility to tender.
• Compliance: declaration of anti-corruption practices and adherence to procurement laws; tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Tender security: Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security as specified in the TDS.
• Conformity of goods: evidence that ECDE materials meet the technical specifications and origin declarations (and any required manufacturer authorization).

• Submission method: electronic submission via National Treasury Supplier Portal (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke) (see TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Declaration; JV documents if applicable; Manufacturer Authorization; eligibility and conformity evidence (as per ITT 11-18).
• Registrations: Kenya tax clearance certificate; other registrations as required by ITT.
• Briefing/pre-bid: if a pre-tender conference is held, details will be in the TDS (ITT 7.2); attendance may be mandatory or optional as specified.
