Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of inventory (clamps and related items) to Siyathemba Municipality, with bids in the R30,000–R300,000 range. Bidders with hardware supply, inventory management, and delivery capabilities should consider bidding. The RFQ is SLM RFQ:59/2026.

Requirements

• Compliance with PPPFA/SCM policy and the 80/20 preference system; bid validity of 90 days; delivery included in pricing.
• Specific evaluation criteria include functionality, experience, accreditation, and compliance; specific goals: HDI (10), Locality (6), Youth (4) within the 20 points.
• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide tax clearance and BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavits as originals).
• Incomplete bids or bids lacking MBD forms will be disqualified.
• The award will be made to a single service provider; delivery to Siyathemba (Prieska) is required; the price must include delivery.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 30 September 2026 at 16:00. Submissions may be deposited in the Tender Box or emailed to ryno@siyathemba.gov.za (see RFQ 59-2026 INVENTORY.pdf).
• Documents to submit: MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9 (and related declarations) plus annexures; ensure all forms are completed.
• Required registrations/clearances: Tax clearance certificate, CSD registration, BBBEE certificate, municipal account (annexures 1–4).
• Documents to obtain: RFQ documents are attached (see RFQ 59-2026 INVENTORY.pdf). Prices must include delivery to Siyathemba Municipality. Completion within 7 days after award.
