Overview

Supply and delivery of IT equipment to Siyathemba Municipality, including 2 x laptops (i7 13 Gen @3.1GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB, Office 2021 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, 15" display), 3 x 15.6" monitors, 4 x laptop backpacks, and 4 x wireless mice. Bidders within 300km radius with IT hardware supply capability should bid; must register on the National Treasury CSD, comply with BBBEE, and meet local HDI/locality/youth targeting criteria (80/20 evaluation).

Requirements

• Compliance with PPPFA/PPPFA Act and the Municipality SCM Policy; 80/20 evaluation (Price 80, Specific Goals 20).
• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit accepted (original sworn affidavits).
• Incomplete quotations or missing MBD forms will be disqualified.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
• All prices must include delivery to Siyathemba Municipality, Prieska.
• Delivery executed within 7 days after award.
• The bid may be awarded to one service provider; no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
• Annexures: Tax Clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE certificate, Municipal account.
• Compliance with MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9 disclosure and independence declarations.
