Overview

Supply and delivery of IT equipment to Queen Elizabeth Park Office, Ezemevelo KZN Wildlife. This RFQ is open to ICT hardware suppliers; mandatory accreditation under the SITA Transversal Contract RFB 740 with proof required (see SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT in SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT (i) AT QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK OFFICE, EZEMVELO KZN WILDLIFE.pdf). Delivery location: Peter Brown Drive, Montrose, Pietermaritzburg 3201. RFQ RFQ 07/09/2026; Closing 23 September 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Mandatory SITA accreditation under Transversal Contract RFB 740; provide valid proof (see SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT in the RFQ doc).
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD); disqualification if not registered by closing (see REGISTRATION ON THE CENTRAL SUPPLIERS DATABASE in the RFQ).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; provide PIN or TCS certificate (separate for each JV/consortium party); if no TCS, use CSD number (see TAX COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS).
• Submit required bid documents on official forms (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD 6.1 Preferential Points); include proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) for preference points.
• Price must be firm; include all delivery costs; price validity 90 days (see Pricing Schedule).
• Specific goals for preferential points (80/20 system) with proof (CSD verification; attach CSD report) (see SBD 6.1).
• Evaluation phases: Administrative Compliance, Mandatory SITA accreditation, then price and preferences (see SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT).

• Include: completed SBD forms (1, 3.1, 4, 6.1), pricing schedule, SARS TCS or CSD details, proof of SITA accreditation, CSD registration proof, BBBEE documentation, and the pricing items (see PRICING SCHEDULE – items listed in SBD 3.1; refer to the SPECIFICATION section for model details in SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT (i) AT QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK OFFICE, EZEMVELO KZN WILDLIFE.pdf).
