SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT NETWORK EQUIPMENT

Overview

• Swartland Municipality invites quotations for the supply and delivery of IT network equipment. Suitable bidders are IT hardware suppliers with network equipment experience and familiarity with BBEE considerations; procurement uses an 80/20 preferential point system.

Requirements

• Completion of Annexure MBD 6.1 in full for BBEE qualification.
• Original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (or certified copies).
• Proof of locality to claim locality points.
• Bids must be submitted on the issued tender documents and placed in a sealed envelope; late, electronic, or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
• Non-refundable hard copy document collection fee of R102; electronic version available on request.
• Evaluation in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy (80/20).
