Supply and delivery of Kenya Inter-County Sports and Cultural Activities (KICOSCA)-branded sports uniforms and equipment for multiple sporting disciplines. Open tender reserved for Youth, Women or PLWDs; suitable for bidders with apparel, equipment, branding, and multi-discipline sports supply capabilities.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: JV allowed; no public officers or close relatives; no conflicts of interest; must not be debarred; comply with anti-corruption and competition rules.
• Tender security: Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration required (as specified in the Tender Data Sheet).
• Tax and registrations: current tax clearance certificate; PPRA/levy compliance; evidence of eligibility of goods and suppliers as required.
• Goods and conformity: evidence that goods and related services meet the technical specifications; origin declarations; supplier must provide manufacturer authorization if not manufacturing itself.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, price schedules, JV agreement (if applicable), and all other documents listed in the Tender documents; pages serialized and signed as required.
