Overview

Supply and delivery of kiosks and poles boxes for Bergrivier Municipality from appointment date until 30 June 2027. Open to competent providers with experience in polyethylene kiosks and 3CR12 kiosks/pole boxes, able to meet detailed technical specs, and compliant with CSD/TCS, VAT, BBBEE, and SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD number (MAAA…) and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS tax clearance.
• BBBEE: submit originally certified BBBEE certificate or originally certified BBBEE sworn affidavit.
• Pricing and contract docs: complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.2 pricing, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and GCC; include pricing schedule with VAT included.
• Locality/participation: comply with 80/20 (or 90/10 if over threshold) PPPFA, with specific goals for Bergrivier/West Coast/Western Cape/South Africa; provide CSD number and (if applicable) MAAA BBBEE details.
• Technical: provide three contactable references for kiosks/pole boxes in the last five years; include drawings of kiosk layouts.
• Compliance: no bids from persons in the state service; adhere to SARS/CSD/TCS requirements; ensure VAT status.
