Overview

Supply and delivery of kitchen consumables on an as and when required basis at Hendrina Power Station for a period of 5 years. Open to tenderers meeting Eskom’s eligibility criteria; bidders must be capable of supplying kitchen consumables and complying with tender conditions, including BBBEE/local-content requirements. Joint ventures must explicitly state joint and several liability.

Requirements

• Meet Eskom eligibility criteria; not restricted from doing business with Eskom or state-owned entities; JV/consortium must have joint and several liability.
• Submit required returnables and forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and SBD 6.2 where applicable; Annexures A–J; Integrity Declaration (Supplier Integrity Pact); Tax questionnaire; Declaration of Shareholding.
• BBBEE and Local Content: provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (and improve/migrate BBEEE levels as required); complete Local Content declarations where applicable; note designated component thresholds (e.g., 100% local content for certain items).
• Do not base the tender on 100% subcontracting; ensure capability to deliver goods on‑site; include Pricing Schedule/BOQ in the bid.
