Overview

Procurement of the Kitek DICT-03 Universal IC tester or equivalent, with delivery to iThemba LABS Gauteng. The NRF invites bids for a universal IC tester meeting the specifications in the RFQ, with PPPFA80/20, VAT-included pricing, and CSD/tax compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete and submit SBD 4 (Bid Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim) with BBBEE documentation or sworn affidavit.
• Provide pricing valid for at least 60 days from closing date; pricing inclusive of VAT; firm delivery period; delivery to 92 Empire Road, Braamfontein (Gauteng).
• Supply datasheets and confirm the device meets the specifications (tests wide range of Digital and Analog ICs, auto search, two 40-pin DIP ZIF sockets, keypad, 16x2 LCD, 230V AC).
• Payment terms: 30 days from date of invoice; advance payments require a payment guarantee.
• Submit CSD Summary Report and comply with PPPFA 80/20 (price vs. B-BBEE) and related GCC/Contract terms.
• Delivery date: goods/services required a week after PO.
