Overview

Supply and delivery of Laboratory Chemicals on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 5 years. Bidders should be capable laboratory chemical suppliers or distributors able to service Hendrina Power Station under Eskom’s 5-year framework, comply with Eskom eTendering and integrity requirements, and meet local-content/policy documentation where applicable. Requirements

• 5-year framework to supply and deliver Laboratory Chemicals to Hendrina Power Station (as and when required). (see NEC3 Lab Chemicals 2026; Scope of Work; ITT)
• Submit electronically via Eskom e-tendering by 11 November 2026 at 10:00. (ITT)
• Attend non-compulsory Clarification meeting on 22 October 2026 (MS Teams). (ITT)
• Complete and submit Annexures A–J, SBD forms, CPA/local content declarations, Integrity Pact, and other prescribed documents; include Scope of Work, NEC/Contract data, and Pricing Schedule/BOQ as applicable. (ITT attachments)

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from Eskom e-tendering site; submissions are electronic. (ITT)
• Prepare and submit all required annexures (A–J), SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 6.2 as applicable), CPA declarations, and pricing schedule/BOQ. (ITT)
